RETURNS
Our return policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have gone by since the delivery of your order, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in the same condition that you received it. If you receive an item that is damaged, please contact customer us immediately.

  • All shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
  • Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment. 
  • Requests to exchange merchandise received, as a gift must be accompanied by a gift receipt.
  • Customers may also choose to ship their items back on their own using US Postal Service, UPS or DHL.
  • Not placing items back into the original bag with all labels and tags attached may delay the processing of your return.

We offer service with either UPS or the US Postal Service in order to ensure a quick and convenient return service. If this option is chosen, an email will be sent to you with a return label. The cost is $15.00 and will be deducted from your refund.

Go to Horn Jeans Returns and follow the instructions there to make your return. Labels are not provided in orders shipping to Puerto Rico, Alaska & Hawaii. We have partnered with Aftership to make your return experience easier.
