Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges


RETURNS
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a full refund within 14 days of delivery of your order. After 14 days, no refunds will be issued. If you receive an item that is damaged or is different then what was ordered, please contact us immediately.

To be eligible for a return, all items must be in the same condition that you received it in, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered. A return authorization is needed to return all items purchased from our site.

To start the return process go to Horn Jeans Returns, and follow the instructions. Return shipping labels are not provided for orders shipping from Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico.

  • Shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable, excluding free shipping and free returns promotions.
  • Shipping costs will be deducted from the refund, excluding free shipping and free returns promotions.
  • Not placing items back into the original bag with all labels and tags attached may delay the processing of your return.
  • Requests to exchange merchandise received as a gift, must be accompanied by a gift receipt.

Customers may also choose to ship their items back on their own. Please make sure that the package is insured and that it is trackable. Please keep the tracking details for your records. We cannot accept responsibility for packages we do not ship.

Upon receipt of returned goods, we reserve the right to deny the refund if the merchandise does not meet the return policy requirements.

REFUNDS
Once your return is received and approved, the refund will be processed by us immediately and made in the same form as the original payment. The time it takes to be credited back to your account depends on your method of payment and your Bank and Credit Card companies processing time. Most refunds will post to your account within 48 hours.

EXCHANGES
To exchange your purchase for a different size or style, we recommend buying the product you want first. This will guarantee that the product does not sell out by the time we receive your returned item or items. If you have questions about the availability of sold out styles or sizes, and when they will be restocked, please contact us.
