We ship packages out Monday through Friday, and orders ship out within 2 business days. We do not process or ship orders on Saturday, Sunday, or on the following holidays:
We use the United States Postal Service Priority (USPS), UPS Ground, and FedEx Ground as our domestic shipping carriers - a signature is required for packages delivered to a building, or location where packages cannot be left securely.
Please allow 7 to 10 days for your package to arrive; if you still have not received your purchase after 10 days, please contact us and include your order number.
If you refuse delivery of any order placed on HornJeans.com, the package will be returned to us. You will receive a refund for the merchandise and tax paid, but shipping charges are non-refundable.
We ship internationally through DHL or USPS Priority services. Packages typically take anywhere from 1-2 weeks to arrive. If you have not received your package within 21 days, please contact us and include your order number. We are not responsible for customs fees incurred from imported goods. The customer assumes responsibility for any additional charges on rejected packages.
If the final status of your tracking shows as "Undelivered," please contact us and we will make an inquiry with the carrier.
If the status of your tracking number is “Delivered,” and you physically did not receive the package, we are not liable and suggest that you contact the shipping carrier directly for more information.
