SHIPPING
Orders are filled and shipped out Monday through Friday and are shipped out within 2 business days of ordering. We do not process, or ship orders on Saturday, Sunday, or on the following holidays: New Year's Eve, New Year's Day, Martin Luther King Jr. Day, President's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, July 5th - the day after Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day.

We use the United States Postal Service Priority (USPS), UPS Ground, and FedEx Ground as our domestic shipping carriers - a signature is required for packages delivered to a building, or location where packages cannot be left securely.

We offer free domestic shipping and returns when signing up for our newsletter. 

Please allow 3 to 10 days for your package to arrive; if you still have not received your purchase after 10 days, please contact us and include your order number.

If you refuse delivery of any order placed on HornJeans.com, the package will be returned to us. You will receive a refund for the merchandise and tax paid, but shipping charges are non-refundable.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We ship internationally through DHL or USPS Priority services. Packages typically take anywhere from 1-2 weeks to arrive. If you have not received your package within 21 days, please contact us and include your order number. We are not responsible for customs fees incurred from imported goods. The customer assumes responsibility for any additional charges on rejected packages.

UNDELIVERED PACKAGE
If the final status of your tracking shows as "Undelivered," please contact us and we will make an inquiry with the carrier.

If the status of your tracking number is “Delivered,” and you physically did not receive the package, we are not liable and suggest that you contact the shipping carrier directly for more information.
