To be eligible for a return, all items must be in the same condition that you received them in, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered. A return authorization is needed to return all items purchased from our site.
To start the return process, go to Horn Jeans Returns, and follow the instructions. Return shipping labels are not provided for orders from Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico.
Customers may also choose to ship their items back on their own. Please make sure that the package is insured and that it is trackable. Please keep the tracking details for your records. We cannot accept responsibility for packages we do not ship. Upon receipt of returned goods, we reserve the right to deny a refund if the merchandise does not meet return policy requirements.
Once your return is received and approved, the refund will be processed by us immediately and made in the same form as the original payment. The time it takes to be credited back to your account depends on your method of payment and your Bank and Credit Card companies processing time. Most refunds will post to your account within 48 hours.
